The brief

BnB Collection manages holiday townhouses and cottages across Albany and Denmark in Western Australia’s Great Southern. Most bookings were arriving through the big platforms, each taking a cut. The job was to win the direct booking, and to be the place Google and AI assistants send people who are planning a stay in Albany.

What we built

  • A book-direct site with live availability, a page for every property and a 5% incentive for booking direct.
  • The domain and email migration to the new host, done without a minute of downtime for guest mail.
  • Google Business Profile tidy-up and a review flow that asks at checkout.

SEO and AEO

  • Local SEO built around the terms guests actually use: Middleton Beach accommodation, Albany holiday townhouse, Denmark WA stays.
  • Lodging schema on every property, with beds, distance to the beach and what is nearby, so ChatGPT and Perplexity can recommend a specific townhouse by name.
  • Location guides that answer the trip-planning questions first, then link to the stay.
